The garden was well maintained and offered a peaceful getaway from the bustling city. The room had a cozy and historic feel, adding to the overall charm of the place. It was also quiet, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The location was conveniently close to a supermarket and a great value pub that served delicious food.
The bed was a little small and not the most comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was not enough space for preparing breakfast, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, some amenities such as a broken toilet brush and a lack of spare toilet paper were disappointing. while the location and atmosphere of the hotel were great, there were some aspects that could have been improved.

The rural setting of this hotel was beautiful, with plenty of wildlife to enjoy. French doors leading out onto a big, grassy area were perfect for kids to play on. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the updated bathrooms were a plus. the owner was easy to reach, making communication simple.
The wifi was unusable and unreliable, so don't rely on it if you are visiting. Some rooms may have small fridges that are not adequate for larger groups.
